Amateur Chef

Okie, I have done the unthinkable, I have faced my fears and step infront of an operating stove AND COOK - Totally UNASSISTED ! Alright, it's not a 5 or 9 course meal but at least I've produced something... Hey, I'm taking baby steps here !

I've decided to impress my Ah Lao and his friend and proved that I can cook if I want to and it's a matter of choice. To be honest, I was bored on a thunderous Saturday evening when we are trapped indoors. So here I was going through the pantry and came across a recipe from our Corn Flakes box for MARSHMELLOW CLUSTERS and by chance I have all the ingredients at hand thus I decide to give it a shot (Thank god I didn't burn the house down). My Ah Lao and his friend was full with praise abt my Marshmellow Clusters and they finish it all up. Ok, they may entertain and humour me if they just eat one or two pieces but they finish the whole tray, so that means something for me.

So girls, I'm sharing with you the receipe (Don't worry, I believe in caring and sharing *lol*). Trust me, it's very easy and super yummy, give it a try.

Ingredients :-
- 1/4 cup of margarine or butter
- 30 large marshmellow
- 5 cups of corn flakes

Steps :-
Melt Margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmellow, stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat. Quickly add cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Using buttered spoons, drop by tablespoons onto greased pan and chill for 20 mins.

These are pics of my result, I have to admit, it's not exactly preety looking but it's super yummy... the melted marshmellow kind of resemble spider web or product from some one who have throw-up . The appearance level is like 1 but the taste level is 10.
