It's my Week 1 in Singapore and I finally have the opportunity to enjoy a pampering Girls' Day out with my BFF, Cecilia. I suddendly appreciate the transport system in Singapore and it's convenience cause for less than SGD2.00, I can hop on a double decker bus and head to Town, with sight seeing as an added bonus.
I am also super excited to have my first pedicure after more than a year in US and I really enjoyed the pampering. Instead of choosing a funky Green or Gothic Black, I sticked with my signature "Red" for my toes. Next on my list is my desperately needed Facial !
After the relaxed session, Me and Cecilia head off for Sushi. I am never a Sushi fan but after missing it for more than a year, it all seem so delicious to me. How can I forget the conveyer belt with the wide variety to choose from. I also recall how Sommer enjoy Sushi as well and suddendly wish was she's here with us.
As I don't want to go home after dinner (for everyone at home is out with their own activities), I continued a later session with another ex-colleague for local coffee and get caught up with all the gossips and dirt that I've missed out and catch up with each other's life. I later returned home and chat on the phone for another 2 hours with another friend of mine. I suddendly realised how enjoyable it is to be back in Singapore and being surrounded with all my friends. *sigh*

oh man! i wish i was there too! and i found my new favorite sushi place the other day! i will have to take you when you get back! my favorite is the louisiana roll... crawfish, scallions, masago and spicy sauce! yummy! i love masago!

Yes, U need to bring me there when I return. U know how much I miss the food in Singapore and I never thought I would miss the food so much until I return.
I kept telling myself that I only have abt 4 more months before I kiss all these local food goodbye.
I miss u as well, I kept telling my friends and my mom how lucky I am to have a SIL whom I am close with =)
