I'm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when I'm coming back again....
Okay, Just kidding, I'm going back to Singapore tomorrow but am returning to the US on 13th Sept 08 and I'm returning back with Paul after our Chinese Wedding in Singapore.
Yes, it's time to return back to Singapore and reconnect with my family, friends, BFFs and my old hobby - Mahjong. This time, beside enjoying and having a good old time, another mission to accomplish - my Chinese Wedding. My mom is getting more and more nervous each day and constantly nagging at me to get it settled. I mean seriously how do I get it "Settled" ?! Totally clueless at this point but with the help of my wedding planners, I think I'm in good condition. But this time, I have a dateline of 5 months to enjoy myself in Singapore and make sure that I make myself totally sick and disgusted with the food there before I return back to the US.
Oh oh, I need and want to get a Part-Time job as well, something to keep me sane while my friends are at work and earning additional cash is never a bad thing.
As for now, I've packed my bags and am departing tomorrow. I can't help but have mixed emotions now. On one hand, I'm leaving behind my sweet husband - who is very supportive, encouraging and understanding of my long stay in Singapore. Both of us see it as a trip for me to bid farewell to any of my "unfinished business" in Singapore. On the other hand, I hate to leave my husband who is also my best friend along with my SIL behind. I know Paul is feeling the strain of the long months (5 months) being away from me or me from him. Hopefully absence make the heart grow fonder and he'll learn to realise he can't live without me hahahahaha
Seeing Paul hugging Mooch last night and telling Mooch "It's just you and me depending on each other when she abandon us." make it all the more depressing for me *sigh*. Hopefully Mooch's cat brain know that I'll be returning.
TO Folks back in Singapore, get ready to PARTYYYY cause time is short !!!!
TO my 2nd family in the US, I'll definately miss (some of you... hahahah) and I'll continue to update my blog along with beautiful pics of Singapore.
