My sweet husband bought me a $300 bracelet from Jared (which is like Lee Wah in Singapore). To me, it's just too much to pay for a bracelet and even more is insane is, I found the exact same on a website and it cost like $180.
Yes, it's also the most expensive present he had bought for anyone in his life. And I really appreciate his gesture and how attentive he is to think of a bracelet cause the one that I've been wearing had snap and broke on me a couple of times. But $300 for a simple 14K white gold bracelet is just too much.
So not being the sucker that I am, I made Paul bring the bracelet back to return it and with the money, I am going to buy myself A DRESS WATCH that I need since my loyal and faithful watch died on me after 16yrs of service ! Yah, I've been wearing my watch for the past 16 yrs since I am 15 and it was never out of my sight. Infact, I think it's the best investment I've made ever for a 15yr old.
Thus I'm on the hunt now for a good dress watch and hopefully, the coming new one will last me for another 15 yrs.....
